To conduct the usual corporate accounting duties, to do financial due diligence section of M & A , to give great tax advice and to regulate our company.

Accountants that have at least 2 years experience in performing due diligence for M & A's , skills at identifying tax opportunities and with the ability to research further.

You will be visiting prospective companies for acquisition and maintaining the relationship with our clients through out the process. Both pre and post the actual deals.

 Account Managers that have at least 2 years experience maintaining relationships with clients, in any sectors with the ability to research further into their clients fields. You will be assisted by all team members, in giving you the tools you require i.e our analysts will run the numbers, our consultants will feed you with industry data etc.

• Job position responsibilities?

Consultants in the above fields who have at least two years experience. Before we acquire assets, you will be analysing that sector to conclude if one unit should be acquired or if many units of that sector should be acquired. Your data will assist in our business strategy for that sector.
